The Regional Park of Calblanque is the largest of many protected environmental areas in Murcia where nature has been left untouched. It consists of a beautiful coastline of 23km with long-stretched golden dunes, sandy beaches en inhabitable heights. The entire area has pedestrian routes for both the casual tourist as the more experienced trekker.
You can explore the area by foot, bike or on horseback.
It is the natural habitat for several special flora, such as the well known Aloë Vera and a paradise for birds, flamingos and storks.
