A visit on site is the only way to make the right decision, i.e.

To buy an apartment or  a villa in Alicante or Murcia that meets your requirements and which is in a setting in which you feel at home.

We can plan a 3-day visit on site for you, which will be a combination of house hunting and getting to know the area of the Costa Calida or Costa Blanca.

We take care of you individually, in English, and take plenty of time to answer any possible questions that you might have.

Have you found the house of your dreams? Then we will show you the way through the intricate administrative (notary, lawyer, application for NIE number, checking contract, planning permission etc.) and more practical issues (request for electricity, water, looking for furniture, maintenance of accommodation and swimming pool, renting out etc.).

Are you on holiday and would like to visit a few of our properties? Can do.

We are happy to meet you at around 10 o’clock and, over a cup of coffee, we take a look at what you are looking for and what we have on offer.
In one day, we can visit maximum three projects or four houses. From experience, we know that one day is too little in which to get a good idea of the area and of the projects,
